equivalent qualifications, and the same came to be
published/prescribed in consonance
petitioner cannot ask as a
matter of right, employment on completion of apprenticeship period.

learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner ... completed apprenticeship, however, the respondent has not considered
petitioner's case for employment though the case of other persons who
also completed apprenticeship
obliges an employer of an apprentice who suffers
personal injury during his apprenticeship period on account of
accident arising out of and in the course ... employer shall pay to every
apprentice during the period of apprenticeship training such
stipend at a rate not less than the [prescribed minimum rate
thereby selection of the petitioner, being vocational trainee
under the Apprenticeship Act , may be maintained, in the interest of
justice ... said trade is only twelve months.
