DECISION OF THE CASE
1. Prosecution alleges that on 09.02.2005 at around 09:30 PM near
RML Hospital accused Taj Mohammad was driving 'Tata ... were travelling.
15. The alleged accident occurred near RML Hospital at around
09:30 PM. The victims / injured PW-2 and PW-3 were taken

lodged a report that she had gone ... parental house along
with her husband in the morning at around 09:00-10:00 on a

As per prosecution story, on 24.10.2018 at around 09:30 P.M.,
complainant asked the appellant that gold chain which was pledged

He further stated that when he left the premises at around 09:00PM, both the
accused persons were present there with the deceased- Yogesh

09:00 a.m., she went to the outskirts of
Takarwada for grazing her cattle ... deposition. She had gone to graze the cattle at
around 09:30 a.m.. While the cattle were grazing,
the appellant had approached
aforesaid place on the following morning i.e. on 29.06.2000 at
around 09:00 AM alongwith S.I. The informant PW-4 Urmila
Devi
sent their daughter to his house
and on the same day around 09:00 PM, the owner of the house in
which the appellant-accused
