6. The Commission after adverting
alia as under:
"a. There exist roles such as RBI chest custodian for maintenance and upkeep of
RBI Currency chests in bank. These roles ... clubbed with their
existing role of RBI chest custodian viz loan processing, maintenance, ATM etc and
scope of vigilance gets highly compromised. Then came situations
they do not observe any weekly off to the custodians filling cash in the
ATMs and do not pay ESI contribution on the overtime allowances

Departments have been
restructured/merged, it was difficult to identify the custodian of information and
hence, the PIO had forwarded the application to the Station ... form of

information, the CPIO has already forwarded a letter to GM (Commercial
office of DG-Civil Aviation on 24.11.2008 and was
forwarded to the custodian of information. The CPIO replied on 18.2.2009. Not
