procure and supply ATM cards to
the other accused and also used to indulge in withdrawing amounts from
the ATM Machines by manipulating the same ... ATM cards issued.
After getting some money deposited in the said accounts, they use the
ATM cards for withdrawing money. When ATM machine
case diary which suggests that
from the CCTV footage in ATM Machine, the petitioner was not present with the
deceased, rather
amount of Rs.1,90,42,800/- for filling cash in ATM
machines of the different banks in the city, but that amount was
embezzled ... them by the company for putting the cash amount in ATM
Machines of the region. It has come during investigation that Ravinder
Kumar along with
work assigned to him was only to repair the ATM machines
in case of having received complaint of not functioning of the machines.

He put his A.T.M. card in machine, but he could not withdraw
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71048 ... further alleged that one person standing in
A.T.M. took his ATM card and changed it. The said person
withdrew Rs.80,000/- from
