(B.Com) Degree from University of Kashmir in the year
higher education. It is submitted that petitioner No.1 has
done B.Com from Panjab University, Chandigarh and has obtained one year
Diploma in Software ... since she has done PGDCA from a University (apart
from studying computer related subjects in B.Com and M.Com, equivalence of
which
leveled baseless allegations regarding
relationship with another woman. Wife is M.Com, PGDCA and she earns
sufficiently. Wife is responsible for maintenance of the child ... appreciating the fact
that respondent no.1 is B.Com, M.Com and PGDCA and accordingly, she
can maintain herself. The learned family court further
qualified Accountant. Petitioners have
produced Exhibit A8 B.Com degree Certificate and Exhibit A9 Tally and
PGDCA Certificate of the petitioner. Since in the Government
services, the petitioner acquired the educational qualifications
of M.Com., B.L., M.B.A., PGDCA, Diploma in Journalism and Company
Secretaryship Course and thereafter
coming
under the priority category (ORTHO) and completed his B.A., M.Com., and
PGDCA in the year 2008. Thereafter, the petitioner was appointed
B.Sc. (Computer Science)
