the booth is vague, incorrect and concocted and also the first
respondent denied each of the instances of booth capturing alleged ... polling booth would amounts to
corrupt practice under Section 100(1)(b) of the Act of 1951, as he
had done booth capturing and caused
spot, he has been
convicted.
ii. There is no evidence regarding booth capturing or loot of
ballot papers.
iii. There is no evidence on record ... other deployed
employees.
15. Section 135-A deals with offence of booth capturing and same is
