8] The petitioners thereafter instituted BCCC Suit No. 2150 of
2010 in the City Civil Court, Mumbai seeking ... vide judgment and decree
dated 10 February 2012 rejected the plaint in BCCC Suit No. 2150
of 2010 inter alia citing the statutory bar contained
transferred to the Bombay City Civil Court (the same was
numbered as BCCC Suit No. 7480 of 1983).
