protection of his services ... with effect
from 1.9.1992. The petitioner claimed to belong to 'Rajput Bhamta' which is
recognised as a Vimukta Jati (A), by the State
Zilla Parishad.
The petitioner claimed to belong to 'Rajput Bhamta' caste which is recognized
as 'Vimukta Jati' (A) by the State ... observation that the petitioner had fraudulently secured the benefits meant for
Rajput Bhamta. Shri Kalwaghe, learned counsel, further submitted that the

claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Rajput Bhamta" (Vimukta Jati-
A).

few documents the word "Bhamta" was written in a different ink,
whereas the ink used
Vimukta Jatis. The petitioner had claimed to belong to
'Rajput Bhamta' Vimukta Jati and the caste claim of the petitioner was
referred ... with a view to secure the benefits meant for the 'Rajput Bhamta'
Vimukta Jati. It is stated that the caste claim
Vimukta Jatis on 26.03.1999. The petitioner claimed
to belong to Rajput Bhamta Vimukta Jati and the caste claim of the
petitioner was referred ... same with a view to secure the benefits meant
for the Rajput Bhamta Vimukta Jati. It is stated that since
both the conditions that
rejecting the
petitioner's claim that she belonged to 'Pardesh Bhamta" community, and
therefore, was entitled to validity of her caste claim ... caste of the petitioner's father and uncle as 'Pardeshi Bhamta'.
The certificates which were produced before the Committee were
duplicate true
whereby the
claim of the petitioner that he belongs to Rajput Bhamta a Vimukta
Jati was disallowed. During the pendency of the present petition ... petitioner.

The petitioner claims that he belongs to Rajput Bhamta.
He was desirous of having admission in the respondent no.2-College
disposal at admission stage.
3. Petitioner claims to be belonging to Rajput Bhamta caste which is
included in VJNT category. Since petitioner secured employment ... that petitioner has failed to substantiate his claim
as belonging to Rajput Bhamta caste.
4. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner states on instructions that
petitioner
invalidating the caste claim of the
petitioner as belonging to 'Rajput Bhamta' (Schedule Tribe) has
been questioned in this petition. This Court ... belongs to caste 'Rajput' and cannot be a 'Rajput
Bhamta' candidate. He contends that in this situation all
irregularities or lacunae
that the
petitioner had fraudulently secured the benefits meant for the Rajput Bhamta
