Bhamta - V.J.' was invalidated.
3. Mr R.S. Deshmukh, learned Counsel ... points:
(I) Respondent no.4 did not consider the caste 'Rajput Bhamta' of
the petitioner's real uncle recorded in pre-independence
FINAL ORDER :
. The caste claim of the petitioner as belonging to Rajput
Bhamta is invalidated. Aggrieved thereby present petition.
2. Mr. Patil, the learned advocate ... petitioner contends
that, the petitioner belongs to Rajput Bhamta caste (N.T.). The
Committee while invalidating the caste claim has ignored the
relevant aspects

Buldhana invalidating the claim of the petitioner for 'Rajput
Bhamta' which is at Sr.No.10 in the list of Vimukta ... petitioner or his blood relatives
as 'Rajput' or 'Rajput Bhamta'. The crucial documents produced on
record was the Validity Certificate issued
dated 11.07.2017 rejecting the claim of the petitioner
of belonging to Rajput Bhamta VJ-A.

2. The claim of the petitioner for "Rajput Bhamta"
which is Scheduled Vimukta Jatis-A at Sr.No.10 in the list ... petitioner produced
several documents in support of his claim for "Rajput Bhamta".
The Committee records that in the documents prior
committee the caste column
reflects the caste as 'Rajput Bhamta, NT, Thakur'. The remark which
the Vigilance Cell has made on this document ... reads thus :-
"In the caste column-'Rajput Bhamta, NT' is written and
the said words are encircled and thereafter the word
