8.3 Definition of "Biodiesel", as per point 3.2, sub clause
(ii) of National Policy ... Petroleum
And Natural Gas, effective from 16-05-2018, reads thus:
"Biodiesel": Amethyl or ethyl ester of fatty acids

Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is aged 22
years and a student
respondent. The vehicle is said to have been used for illegally
transporting biodiesel.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner
is having
