blood group could not be determined.
19. Thus, when total evidence is taken
that axe has been recovered from the possession of Anil containing disintegrated blood
marks as has been reported by the F.S.L. Allegation
present applicant, some
disintegrated blood stains were found but even blood group could not be
determined as the stains were disintegrated. It is submitted that
Firoz and Ruda so
also on Lakhan, but such marks were disintegrated and blood
was insufficient on the clothes of Firoz and Ruda so that ... sufficient to indict the
present appellants inasmuch as the blood group was
disintegrated and the weapons namely knife and Katar,
recovered from an open area

group could not be determined but the appellant had not submitted
blood was found on soil recovered from the spot,
pillow , farsha, cloths of the deceased, kameej of Lxman, but no blood stain
was found ... Serology Report, due to insufficiency of the blood and being
disintegrated the blood groups found on the cloths and farsha were not

67. In cross-examination this witness PW-14 admits that
