Excepting one bruise on the forehead, over the left eye, I cannot
say as to whether Subedar Amrik ... night of 6/7 December, 1981, the accused had

Blush diffuse swelling of right upper eyelid. On dissection, dark red diffuse bruising of underlying subcutaneous soft tissues.

Neck: abrasion over suprasternal region 6 cm × 0.5 cm.
Chest: (i) bruise over right side above nipple 10 cm × 1.5 cm

(ii) bruise ... over right chest 8 cm below nipple parallel
to 1st bruise - 11 cm × 1.5 cm
(iii) bruise over left side of chest

injuries, these also show certain bruises, which do not necessarily indicate that the deceased
were subjected to torture ... that apart from
bullet injuries there were so many injuries such as bruises, abrasion, laceration mark were found
