Care Research Programme (THCRP) under Central Council
for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS), which is an
autonomous body of the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga
Ayurveda, an institution
run by the Central Government, and since NIA and CCRAS both
are institutions of Central Government and that since
only in Jaipur Institute but
also in other 20 peripheral Institutes of CCRAS.
Learned counsel informed this Court that the circular dated
20.12.2018 was issued
Delhi.
