Government of Tamil Nadu had no
jurisdiction to implement the CPS to the officers of All India Service
w.e.f., 01.04.2003, as applicable ... cannot
be compelled to contribute to the CPS prior to 01.01.2004. It is further
submitted that since CPS was introduced by the Central Government
appreciate the said fact in
the right perspective.
