respondent states that the project falls in CRZ IB, CRZ II,
CRZ IV(A) and CRZ IV(B) and the DCZMA, Villupuram has
recommended ... 250m motorised boat. The proposed project falls in CRZ-IB, CRZ-
II, CRZ-4A and CRZ-4B and the proposed project cost
under Para 8(i) II, CRZ II(i), (ii) and (iii) of Coastal
Regulation Zone (CRZ) Notification, 2011 for the Project named as
"Doctor ... they are classified as CRZ-II area, as per the Coastal Regulation
Zone (CRZ) Notification, 2011 (in short, "CRZ Notification"), which
governs
wide road is constructed in the
CRZ area without prior CRZ Clearance in violation of the
CRZ Notification, 2011.
II. The impugned road ... impugned 4 Km long
road constructed on the CRZ area is violative of the CRZ
Notification, 2011 is assailed by the 2 nd Respondent
filed by one K. Saravanan, alleging the violations of
the CRZ Notification, 2011 under the guise of beautification,
rejuvenation and revitalization of the coast ... this regard, the applicant has expressed his
apprehension that when the CRZ Notification, 2011 prohibits
development in the CRZ area, that is not specifically sanctioned
