periodicals. In 1959 the appellants intimated the closure
of its business in respect of its various publication at
Madras ... 27th April, 1959. On the 29th April, 1959, the
appellant intimated the closure of its business in respect
of its various publications at Madras
Bank Guarantee and
to wriggle out of the Contract. Respondent also intimated closure of the
contract.
13. Petitioner finally vide its letter dated 18.10.2013 confirmed
2022, when the Petitioner
was communicated thus:-
