provision of Rule 96ZO (2)(a) as the dealer failed
to intimate the closure of factory prior to the date of closure. It could ... been wrongly disallowed on
the ground that intimation regarding the closure of the factory
was received only on 27.01.1998, whereas it was sent
dated 14.10.1997. The appellant filed an abatement claim
under Rule 96ZO, alleging closure of their furnace from ... upon facts of the case namely
default by the appellant in intimating closure of the unit etc. we do
not find any reason to entertain

activity, the intimation regarding the closure of the activity was

payment to plaintiff.
