certificate with the Central Excise Department. A copy of the
letter intimating closure is being filed alongwith the present petition. The
said closure was also ... intimation has to be
made to the regional office itself. However, the Act nowhere prescribes
any procedure or proforma in which intimation of closure
further stated that the
applicant's letter dated 25.10.2010 intimating temporary closure of the petitioner's
firm is not on records of office ... Mark B,
intimation regarding reopening of the establishment w.e.f 20.02.2014 as Mark C,
intimation regarding temporary closure of the establishment
drawn
on HDFC Bank. Ex.P2 is the account closure intimation given by
the Syndicate Bank. He has stated the same thing ... presentation of the cheque on 08.02.2017 and dishonour of the
same for closure of account and re-presenting of the same on
03.04.2017 and again
order passed by the Haryana State Pollution
Control Board dated 28.07.2008. Intimation of closure was sent to the
concerned Labour Department at Panipat, Haryana. Upon
Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 received on 28.05.1996 had intimated about the
closure of the shop from the year, 1996 and again ... also intimated the Sales Tax Authority about the closure indicating
therein that the shop room has already been allotted in favour of
Defendant
production programme.
Therefore, within two days of placing order, the short
closure was intimated to the appellant and as such, no
inconvenience could have been ... grievance of the appellant is that
since there was short closure for supply of PFAD after
placing order and since there was delay in making
proceedings dated 10.12.2019. Notice dated 06.02.2020 was served
on the petitioner intimating that closure report/final report was filed
indicating 'suicidal death
effective functioning of such project.
9. Though, the communication intimating the
closure of Special Trained Non-Residential Centre was issued
in the year
consolidated revised point wise response to the Appellant by 31.03.2021 under
intimation to the Commission.
With the above direction, the instant Second Appeals stand disposed ... that the same was not a detailed closure report but
only intimation for closure of the matter.

Keeping in view the facts
Plaintiffs further contend that, the
Hanumanthanagar Police authorities have intimated
about closure of crime registered at No.123/2011, as
per the letter issued ... endorsement "Not Traced"..
