terminal. The said statement of the respondent Railways was controverted
by the appellant and in view
wall, road wheel lathe,
and all other allied works at the Coaching Terminal at Shakur Basti and the
Diesel Shed at Shakur Basti. The total
material and other materials etc., in connection
with Coaching Terminal in Meter Gauge area SSB (Sakurbasti) was
awarded to the Petitioner
premises in question was required by the
respondent for its coaching terminal and other utility and
the construction of the coaching terminal had already
started
earthwork
in filling and all other allied works in connection with coaching terminal at
Shakurbasti, was awarded to the petitioner vide Acceptance Letter dated
petitioners, is coming in the alignment of
the new proposed coaching terminal work and, therefore, some of the telephone
booths and cement dealer workshops ... telephone booths are situated are required for the proposed
coaching terminal work.
15. In view of the above, I do not find any merit
other ancillary works in
connection with Jammu-Second Entry - development of coaching terminal at
Jammu Tawi Railway Station".
