Accused Anil, Ramesh and Shyamvati are acquitted of the charges under
Sections 498A , 323 , 325 , 506 of the IPC. The accused ... accused have submitted bail bond and surety in compliance with
Section 437A CrPC, which will remain valid for 6 months from the date
examination, he stated that
police did not record his statement under section 161
CrPC and he does not know how they wrote ... sureties are hscharged from their liabilities.

outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that
the pending criminal case against the applicant has been decided
in CHI/75/2017 by the court ... surety bonds stand discharged. Fresh
bail bond in compliance of Section 437A Cr.P.C. be furnished
in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with
Delhi CBI Vs. Anjali Bhardwaj therefore,
she cannot be convicted under section 13 (1) (e) of
the Prevention of Corruption Act. Accordingly, the
accused Anjali ... surety discharged.
The accused shall however furnish fresh bail
bonds u/s 437A Cr.PC, binding herself to appear
before the Appellate Court if called
