Section 24 defines kindred or consanguinity, which is as under:-
“24. Kindred or consanguinity.-Kindred or
consanguinity is the connection or relation of persons
descended ... classify lineal consanguinity and collateral
consanguinity, which is as under:
“25. Lineal consanguinity.- (1) Lineal consanguinity is
that which subsists between two persons
that in the direct line of
consanguinity, marriage is invalid between all the ancestors
and descendants. In the collateral line, it is invalid
