been held that acquisition of a land
for planned development and utilization of land for residential and
commercial area is permissible as it is meant ... when the purpose for development and utilization of the land is the same.
The acquired land would be utilized for the same purpose
ones and further to augment the housing stock by
optimum utilization of the existing land resources. The said proposal for
redevelopment was approved ... modern environment
friendly houses, but also provides an opportunity for optimum utilization
of land. He submits that the Project has a Green Rating for Integrated
land at Sholewanpora, which was comparatively of lesser
commercial utility as compared to the land in question and which
too had been notified in year ... Sholewanpora was in
