concocted documents.
6. It is further contended that the defendant No.1 had
taken ... Will' dated 16/2/2001 is a created
and concocted document for the purpose of present suit, etc.
On these grounds and among other
contended that the documents relied upon by
him are fabricated and concocted documents. He
