parameters, the sample was passed by the report ... claim
that the sample was being taken as some live or dead insect was
seen by the FI. Therefore, the reason why the sample
revealed that the sample is unsafe because it contains two
dead insects. It is alleged that complainant is an advocate
and has undergone undue harassment ... given the report "sample is unsafe because it
