Bhawan Trust (JBT), who
allowed RGF to function from a part of its premises. As tenant, RGF
contributes and shares the common expenditure on maintenance ... property tax paid. The
JBT was created through a mandate and Deed of Declaration of Trust given
by Article XIX (i) of the Constitution
