6. The object ... with regard thereto. This would only help curtail
the problem of docket explosion and prevent cause any
unnecessary inconvenience and expenditure by innocent persons
advised not to file such
kind of frivolous appeals thereby clogging the dockets of
this Court and would be better advised to implement ... various decisions, so as to
ensure that there is no docket explosion at least at the
instance and at the behest of the State Government
reduced to a farce and
it would otherwise also avoid unnecessary docket explosion
in this Court.

justice delivery system in any
