that the petitioner was appointed on 11 June 2008 as
a DTP Operator and that his engagement was continued from time
to time by granting ... Section 2(oo)(bb) thereof. The petitioner was initially appointed
as DTP Operator on 11 June 2008.
3. In the complaint filed before the Industrial
Manda Deshmukh alias Trupti Acharya (PW-1), was working as
a DTP operator in the printing press owned by Anil Shaligram
(PW-7), whose wife
submitted that the
Respondent No.1 was working as DTP Operator and there is no work
available for such employee with the Petitioner. He pointed
