respect of which the aggregate of
the amount of exemption under this
notification and the amount of
exemption availed, if any in respect
of clearances ... exemption Notification.
58. The first proviso appended to the Notification refers to grant of benefit to an industrial undertaking
licensed under Section 11 or Section
during
May to September, 1982, will be entitled to
the exemption under this Notification."
4. The admitted case of the parties is that whereas ... been no production at
all, exemption would be granted in terms of amended Clause
4 of the exemption notification, which would be denied
tyres
and tubes. On or about 30th March 1979, a notification was issued under
Rule 8 of Central Excise Rules for the purpose of granting ... financial year 1978-79
shall not be entitled for
exemption under this notification."
It is not in dispute that the petitioner has fulfillled
waste is levied under the heading No. 79 of the
First Schedule to Customs Tariff Act, 1975 . The
Government issued notification ... customs and that the petitioners are entitled to avail
the exemption under the aforesaid notification.
2. This matter stands covered by the decision of
this
under Section 22 of
MRTP Act. But Appellate resisted this on the plea that Respondent's land was not
covered by exemption Notification dated ... extended village abadi (Firni) rendering it eligible for
exemption from Building Regulations in terms of Notification dated 24.3.1968. While

enforcement of rights, which exists under the

31.05.2001 made the following recommendations:-
