manufactures under the EPCG scheme ... Exports from India
Schemes is to provide reward to the exporters and to
promote manufacture and export of notified goods /
products to notified markets
2006 informed that the petitioner has
fulfilled the export obligation by exporting goods 6 times the value of the
capital goods imported ... held that the petitioner has fulfilled the export
obligation under the 10% EPCG licence, by exporting goods 6 times the
CIF value
