Section 202(3) cannot be
accepted.
24. The maxim 'expressio unius est exclusion alterious'
(express mention of one thing excludes others) has been ... rule of interpretation on the
basis of the maxim "expressio unius est exclusio
alterius", it has been considered in the decision

difficulty. Even without such
words in appropriate cases the maxim ‘expressio unius est
exclusio alterius’ — expression of one is the exclusion of
another ... words like ‘exclusive’, ‘alone’, ‘only’ and the
like. Can the maxim ‘expressio unius est exclusio alterius’ be
applied under the facts and circumstances
