said witness has narrated the external injuries in his deposition

on the dead-body and the doctors opined as under:-

following ante mortem injuries:-
1. (i) No external injury present over the body
(ii) Blood and blood clots present in vaginal canal ... portion of the foetus was found
lying in lower abdominal cavity right side. Rest
portion of the body of the foetus, placenta and
umbilical cord
examined the victim-X, deposed that she did not
find any external or internal injury on the private parts of the
victim-X and also ... though a contusion on lower lip and a small laceration on
inner side of lower lip were found on the body of the victim
