Defendant company
observed that "since the external seals were found intact, it is
construed that tampering must have been done or procured ... Defendant.
Further, in the opinion of the court, when the external side of the meter
was found intact and when there was no sufficient explanation
marks.
The marks shall be disposed equally on either side of an imaginary centre line. (j) The lengths of the graduation marks ... points shall be indicated by two vertical lines marked on either external side of the metre bar. The Bessel points shall be 571 mm apart
froth over mouth."
He found the following external injuries:
"1) Fresh abrasion over left side of face and chin,
2) Multiple crecentric, fresh ... lung, 8) pericardial petechial hemorrhage, 9) right side of heart
contains dark fluid blood and left side empty, 10) peretonial
congestion, 11) congestion of stomach
right side
that back of hand if facing the opposite side of the victim, bullet
may re-enter from the external injury ... external injury. It should be three dimensional as right side at
upper level above the external injury No.1 and in front of the
external
present on the right side
of epigastrium region going to left side of the abdomen,
crossing the subcutaneous tissue and the sheath. Clotted blood ... left side of the noise and one abrasion 1.5 cm x .4 cm
near mid line between the external nares. There was also one
small
witness
has described the injuries as under:
"EXTERNAL INJURIES
1. Incised injury over left side of head
Fronto parietal area ... muscle deep, margins contused.
8. Incised injury over left side of chest
below clavicle 15 cm x 2 cm cavity deep, margins
contused. Lung tissue
side and a black charring

oval in shape 2 cm x 1.5 cm on the left side.
According to this postmortem, no other external
bleeding was present.
8. Red linear abrasion over posterior aspect of left side of chest in
middle of it of size ... pain over antero-lateral aspect of neck
of left side. Tenderness was present. No external mark of injury was
seen.
10. There was an incised
ante mortem featured flame burn injuries on sides of her lower
part of face, neck, abdomen, chest, external genitalia, thighs, legs, dorsum of
feet, upper
persons had suffered injuries from
the accused as well as the complainant side. Hence, it would be
necessary to examine the evidence on record ... tooth were broken.
4. Swelling over left leg on lateral side below knee. No
external injury could be seen.
5. Swelling all over forehead
