VIII. EXTERNAL EXAMINATION
1. Sutured wound measuring 6 cm with 6 sutures,
opening of sutures ... appellant Bablu had no fresh visible external injury, whereas appellant Shiv
Kumar had a wound on right side of the vertex with pus and sutures
found at
mouth and nostrils, and at right side of face and neck. There were five
external injuries which were ante mortem in nature including
lower side. The
wound runs upwards medially and backwards.
9) Surgically stapled wound with four pins in situ was present
over right side of abdomen ... present corresponding to
external injuries no. 3, 4 and 5.
2) Surgically sutured rents in diaphragm on left and right side
was present.

IX. EXTERNAL EXAMINATION
1. Firearm entry wound, measuring ... scalp around the external injuries. Skull was fractured beneath
the external injuries with beveling present on the inner side in the
area beneath injury
