External injuries:- 1) A vertical penetrating wound of size ... left side of lower part of left ventricle. On probing the
external wound No.1 corresponds upwards and obliquely to internal left
ventricular wounds
there were bruises on the entire back including shoulders. However, no
apparent external injury was noticed on the neck of the deceased. But
after dissecting ... that the
neck was not stable and was loosely turning both sides with external aid.
This clearly shows that the neck of the deceased
brain deep on the left side of head near the
external ear, upper part of external ear was
lacerated, the brain matter was seen coming ... entry 4.5
cm X 4cm X brain deep on left side head near external ear,
upper part of internal ear lacerated, brain matter coming
whole surface of the skull. There was no external injury on the right side of the skull but a lacerated wound was found ... head of Chhogaram although there existed an external injury on the left side of head of Chhogaram. It may be that somebody has struck
area of skull with crushed left side of
face. Eye lid : Left side no eye ball. Right side ? engorged eyes. Mouth &
Lips : engorged loss ... full of maggots. Abdomen distended, eyes lost on right
side, eye lids left side intact. External genital ? intact and blotted.
Hyoid bone - fractured, Nose ? compressed
long over left side front of middle of neck obliquely placed.
4.Abraded contusion 1.00 x 1.00 cm over right side top of head. Advised ... right side of nech near right shoulder.
3.Complain of pain on thigh left side. No external injury is seen.
