The PIO/Joint Director (Admn), FCS&CA, Jammu vide letter dated 27.03.2019
transferred the RTI application ... Chief Accounts Officer, FCS&CA Jammu
in respect of point nos. 1 & 3; as regards information in respect to point
seventh pay commission), who have been promoted purely as per FCS
(flexible complementing scheme) rule as for in the year 2020.
