Recovery Tribunal (DRT) on 25th
August, 2021, but the same could not be taken up for hearing as the DRT is
not functioning. Therefore ... petitioners before the DRT shall be taken up for
consideration by the DRT as and when the DRT becomes functional.
Needless to state
could not be taken up for hearing as the said DRT is not functional.
Therefore, the petitioners are constrained to approach this Court ... DRT. The SA filed by the
petitioner before the DRT shall be considered by the DRT as and when the
DRT becomes functional. Needless
Tribunal- III (DRT) on 16th October, 2021, but the same
could not be taken up for hearing as the DRT is not functioning. Therefore ... petitioners before the DRT shall
be taken up for consideration by the DRT as and when the DRT becomes
functional. Needless to state
same could not be taken up for hearing as the DRT is not functional due
to unavailability of a Presiding Officer. Therefore, the petitioner ... petitioner before the DRT
shall be considered by the DRT as and when the DRT becomes functional,
uninfluenced by any observations made in this order

taken up for hearing as the DRT-I is not functioning and therefore ... before the DRT-I shall be taken up for consideration before the
