Heard learned counsel for the applicant. He has submitted
that except FACEBOOK Message, nothing is placed on record
incriminating against the applicant.
The facebook message ... applicant and the applicant
forwarded the same. The original author of facebook message is not
the applicant.
Hence, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this
obscene messages are sent on social
media i.e. WhatsApp. The respondent No. 2 has alleged that the
messages are uploaded on Facebook. The compilation ... shows that those are the WhatsApp messages
and are not the messages uploaded on Facebook. WhatsApp messages
sent on personal accounts are strictly personal. Nobody
days of the
marriage, the informant came to know from Facebook message that applicant
No.1 was previously married and has child and there
Tweets as well as Retweets apart from the Facebook messages,
Instagram posts and LinkedIn messages to defame the Plaintiffs in

4. Mr. Dhond has further submitted that the messages

applicants have also produced What's App Chatts and Facebook
messages to impress that the victim was having relationship with

Facebook message from the present applicant on the
Facebook account of her mother
accused Vishal Phalke.
at the instance of posting fake facebook messages.
