afterthought. In support of her submission, she has referred to various
Facebook chat messages annexed along with the bail application exchanged
between the petitioner ... prosecutrix. More specifically, learned
counsel has referred to the Facebook chats messages sent by the prosecutrix
where she had offered various brands of liquor

marriage, the informant came to know from Facebook message that applicant
No.1 was previously married and has child and there
statements of the family members of the
deceased, whatsapp messages, facebook accounts, email addressed by the
deceased to the learned counsel, previous complaints and statements
report sought for, after verification of the

On the earlier occasion, this Court after considering the testimony
present incident with them, pressurizing
them to compromise with them through facebook/messages and
he asked him to come in this regard
made liable for the same. Insofar as
the evidence of facebook messages is concerned, I have perused

the same would not qualify as a defamatory statement.

was sent by her. It was not the girl, who sent the
message, but, by A1, using her Facebook account
applicant no.1.
on 15.02.2018 deceased-Sundar had posted a message on Facebook calling
::: Uploaded on - 22/01/2021 ::: Downloaded on - 07/02/2021 ... Sundar. On the contrary this
facebook post accuses applicant no.1 of attempting murder of applicant no.2.
This message indicates that deceased had grievance

on facebook and also put objectionable message on facebook.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner has clean
