learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner, by producing chats of i-message, facebook or
whatsapp, to buttress his submission that there was dispute
establishing a Kuki nation. In support, the
prosecution has produced certain messages posted by the
petitioner in the website, wherefrom, this Court finds that ... perusal of the materials, this Court finds the
following facebook message posted on 4.2.2020, wherein the
petitioner has stated as under:

days of the
marriage, the informant came to know from Facebook message that applicant
No.1 was previously married and has child and there
anonymous woman „Poonam of Haryana‟ when he
received a message on his facebook account from her. This proved to
the beginning of a long ... possible
ways as (i) they were conversing through facebook messages, (ii)
through WhatsApp no. +919099321117 willingly shared by the
petitioner with the said anonymous woman
applicant that he has sought ransom by way of sending Facebook messages; and EMI detail was traced out. Though there is no any corroborative evidence ... through investigation when it was found that the message was sent through the Facebook of the present applicant to the victim. He further added that
further alleged that
the appellant has also send abusive and obscene message on
facebook.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant
submits that ... completely denied the allegation of sending any obscene and
abusive message on facebook. The appellant is in custody since
18.12.2021 and moreover, investigation is completed
marriage. It is argued
today that it is still continuing.
Text messages, Facebook chats and call
recordings of the respondent no. 1 and Anshu
Negi
harassing the petitioners and is posting derogatory remarks
and messages against the petitioners on facebook. Several other
allegations have also been made by the petitioners ... Accounts and though the
replying respondent has removed all though
messages from the Facebook Account however he
further undertakes to remove the same

girl who wanted to roam the whole world ... quarrel with CW 11 with
regard to message sent by CW 11 to one
