petitioner and
his associates who are indulged in depositing the fake cheques in
the Bank and after ... getting encashed used to withdraw the amount
through fake ATM and again trying to use fake cheques, raid was
conducted and the petitioner
Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that three cheques bearing no.
0773242, 0773235, 773237 amounting ... there is allegation of withdrawal of 7,14,400/- by four
fake cheques in the name of Ranjeet Kumar and Deepak. It is

different names, fake cheques besides other incriminating articles

petitioner had created few fake Companies and had collected cheques from
them for the material supplied but these cheques ... complainant Company were dishonoured. The investigation indicates that
fake Companies had issued cheques though the supply of the material had
been effected in a fraudulent

in the name of the agents and thereafter encashed those
