while running a fake website, i.e. www.rgsm.in, floated an
advertisement in the newspaper ... 11252/2022
belonged to accused Akram and Rashid. The fake website
www.rgsm.in was created through gmail ID and in the same,
there
fake degree racket for quite
some time. With the help and connivance of other accused
persons, he got prepared about 25 fake websites of different ... fake degrees and got these fake
degrees/mark-sheets printed by Amjad. Money received
from the sale of fake mark-sheets and fake degrees
help of his
nephew, Sailesh P. Goel. The said Sailesh checked the
website www.reliancepetroleum.org and applied for
petrol pump on behalf ... have no role to play in the
creation and use of fake website of Reliance Petroleum
and fake bank accounts for the commission of alleged
accused were involved in providing
scout service on the Skoka/oklute website from fake I.D. and thereby they were cheating
the persons and also ... that the applicant is
innocent and he had neither created any fake website as alleged nor he was admin of
the same. There is nothing
allegation against the applicant is also that he has created
24 fake websites for cheating innocent persons. Looking to the entire fact and
involving cyber
cheating
of these victims, after having been promised jobs. A fake website had also
been created. Apparently, the appointees/trainees were also not paid salaries
alleged that the said case has been lodged when a
fake website of the Patna High Court was opened by the associates
of this petitioner
grabbed
huge amount of money from the victims by showing fake website, that is,
www.sandjimdb.org and www.samdjmbd.org and sought legal action
accused were involved in providing
scout service on the Skoka/oklute website from fake I.D. and thereby they were
cheating the persons and also ... applicant has submitted that the petitioner
had neither created any fake website as alleged nor he was admin of the same.
There is nothing
allegations that the associates of this petitioner had launched a
fake website of the Patna High Court which is also subject
matter of Kotwali
