that she did not find any
external injury, abnormal stain or foreign particles on the face, neck,
chest, breast, abdomen, back, buttock, arms or legs ... evidence of P.W. 1,
non finding of any injuries or foreign particles was only on account
of the fact that the occurrence had taken
described by the
doctor as linear abrasions. There were no foreign particles in his nails.
The doctor also admitted in his cross-examination that
evidence shows that there is no injury abnormal
stain or foreign particles seen on any part of her body except inflamed
area on private part
genital examination further states no
blood stains, no seminal stains and foreign particles
and hair in the genital region. The opinion states that ... left side.
Genital Examination:
No blood stains. No seminal stains. No
foreign particles and hairs in the genital region.
Genital Injuries:
Linear abrasion ½cm over
victim 15-16
years and (iii) no any foreign particle present in private part and body
of victim. This witness stated that she prepared ... victim was 15-16 years, and (iii) no foreign
