recorded that the ration card no.4285832 was a bogus ration card and a
forged document and prima facie there was a conspiracy ... accused no.1 were also
not on this ration card. As per the allegations, the ration card had not
been issued by the concerned department

cards after obtaining thumb impressions of the beneficiaries SBPL card
