Ghee: Ghee is prepared by heating unsalted butter on a low fire for a considerable period ... glass for the storage of ghee. The higher the temperature used in making ghee, the more pronounced is the heated flavour and odour
stirring of ghee, there cannot be equal distribution of
the ghee to make the sample homogeneous of the bulk ghee.
