also been
submitted that neither the 'ghee' was heated and nor the same was
homogenized before drawing the sample and in these circumstances ... accused. In these circumstances there was no requirement of
heating the 'ghee' before drawing sample. The aforesaid contention raised on
behalf

stated "that she was heating Ghee to apply on the Roties (Chapaties) and the

Ghee: Ghee is prepared by heating unsalted butter on a low fire for a considerable period ... glass for the storage of ghee. The higher the temperature used in making ghee, the more pronounced is the heated flavour and odour
stirring of ghee, there cannot be equal distribution of
the ghee to make the sample homogeneous of the bulk ghee.

Considering the submissions ... bulk ghee, PW-1 stated that
there was no necessity for stirring the ghee.
Additionally, he has stated that he has heated the bulk
