3. On coming to know about the same, the de-facto
complainant and his cousin
petitioner used to visit the said premises and has shown a
GPA executed by the landlady in favour of the petitioner and

misinterpreted that ... landlady has given GPA to him to sell
the property and demanded Rs.5 lakhs as sale consideration.
The de-facto complainant did not agree

favour of A1 on 04.04.2014 at SRO, Gonconda. After disposal of
the land grabbing ... favour of his wife/A2 and A2, in turn, has executed
GPA in favour of petitioner No.1. Therefore, the actions
