under consultation
of the GPSC, after careful scrutiny of the document
by the GPSC on 20042013, GPSC wrote a letter to
the State ... provided to GPSC mistakenly. It was bona fide
oversight.
6.7 Subsequently, on 12022014 the GPSC recommended
the name of the petitioner
make proposal to
respondent no.4GPSC to recommend name of the wait listed
candidates for 26 posts (General Category) + 12 posts (SEBC) + 6
posts ... waiting list immediately; and/or
(f) direct the respondent no.4GPSC to recommend for
appointment to respondent no.1 and 2 and direct respondent
make proposal to
respondent no.4GPSC to recommend name of the wait listed
candidates for 26 posts (General Category) + 12 posts (SEBC) + 6
posts ... waiting list immediately; and/or
(f) direct the respondent no.4GPSC to recommend for
appointment to respondent no.1 and 2 and direct respondent
date of such advertisement.
(vi) On receipt of the recommendation from the
GPSC, the State Government under the concerned
Department is directed to issue appointment ... date of receipt of the result and/or the
recommendation from the GPSC whichever is

Assistant Engineer and to consider his case for
appointment as recommended by GPSC.
2. The short facts of the case appear to be that ... Rule (1) and was also at one
point of time recommended by GPSC, which is an
expert body, the Government could have exercised
the discretion
GPSC as referred herein above the petitioner was given the post of
Junior Engineer only on adhoc basis and as the petitioner was not GPSC ... India.
(7) I further say and submit that after GPSC's recommendation,
government afterwards gives appointment to selected candidates on
probation for two years

appearance at the examination of Insurance
Medical Officer Class II. The original petitioner
in the meantime appeared in the GPSC examination ... conducted by GPSC. It
also appears that the original petitioner
successfully cleared the examination of GPSC and
his name was recommended by GPSC for appointment

GPSC has recommended his promotion and on the
date when Departmental Promotion Committee
recommended the promotion. There
thereafter, GPSC conducted main written
examination on 24/25.09.2011. That the original petitioners
cleared the said examination also. That the GPSC declared ... selected candidates. That thereafter,
GPSC issued the corrigendum on 28.05.2012.
3.12. That the GPSC vide letters dated 25.05.2012 and
28.05.2012 recommended the name
eligibility for
promotion in the next DPC and, if DPC and GPSC find fit
petitioner's name, petitioner will be promoted to the post ... already cleared the
petitioner and his case was positively recommended before the
GPSC, then in such circumstances, there is no question now
again placing
