"...The facts cataloged herein above
allowed and Hon'ble Shri Justice
Hasnain Masoodi, a former judge of this Court, is appointed as the sole
Arbitrator to decide the dispute
interim report has been received from Justice Hasnain Masoodi (Retd.),
Chairperson, Selection Cum Oversight Committee, under cover of letter dated
16th October, 2018, which ... issued in May, 2018. However, certain
objections were received from Justice Hasnain Masoodi (Retd.), Chairperson
Cum Oversight Committee with regard to the criterian prescribed
several reports which have been placed before us
by Justice Hasnain Masoodi, Chairperson of the Selection-cum-Oversight
Committee, (SCOC) has placed the deficiencies
