the House Rent Allowance(HRA) of Rs.23,500/- which was drawn by
the petitioner was reduced ... from service."
4.2. Further on the point of House Rent Allowance(HRA),
the learned Advocate General submits that only 24% of the basic
Provisions Act, 1952 (for short '1952 Act') by not including HRA, Conveyance
Allowance and Washing Allowance (collectively as 'Allowances" hereinafter ... minimum wages without splitting emoluments into
different heads i.e. Basic Wages, HRA, Conveyance and Washing Allowances.
3. The petitioner preferred an appeal before Appellate
with DA for a sum of Rs.1040/- and HRA
for a sum of Rs.65/- and in total for a sum of Rs.2405 ... basic pay
for a sum of Rs.7800/-, with DA and HRA and total
payable given with figure

with regard to recovery of House Rent Allowance (for short
"HRA"). It is contended that the Department demanded ... definition of
'accommodation' and the petitioner was entitled to HRA and it was
wrongly recovered by the respondents. It is also contended that
