regarding complaint against such
employees of MOSPI belonging to the Halba Koshti / Koshti caste who got
appointment against vacancies reserved for the Scheduled Tribes.
Grounds
appellant
belongs to the ST category and he has been subjected to caste verification before
giving him promotion/ deputation/ absorption to various posts in CWPRS ... based on which the verification of the person belonging to Halba/Halba
Koshti caste was carried out by Caste Scrutiny Committee.
4. Having heard
Schedule Tribe-Halba-Koshti-AAO/PAO got
promotion under the ST category from 2006 onwards:

1. Whether the Schedule Tribe-Halba-Koshti officials ... belongs to
Schedule Tribe Halba/Halba-Koshti in a tabular form."
