case. That would be negation of fairplay
and equity.
15. I may quote with profit a decision of the Supreme Court in the case ... proper. The Supreme Court made the following
observations, which I may quote as under:
"18. We are convinced that the grievances as projected
Bhimraj Bajja and ors., reported in AIR 1990 SC 1962 (1). I may quote
the relevant observations of the Supreme Court in this regard ... considered the question regarding
discharge under Section 227 of the Code. I may quote the
observations of the Supreme Court as contained in paras

13 I may quote with profit a decision of the Supreme Court in the
case ... newly added accused is
concerned.
16 In the aforesaid context, I may quote with profit a recent
pronouncement of the Supreme Court delivered
lacuna and permitting any mistake
to be rectified. I may quote the relevant paragraphs of the said
judgment as under :
"21. If the prosecutor ... something arising
ex-improviso which no human agency could see.
23. I may quote with profit a King's Bench Division in the
case
Prohibition (Liquor Samples and Determination of Quantity Seized
Liquor) Rules, 2012. I may quote the entire Notification issued by the
Home Department dated 20th August ... words in the absence of any specific provision to the contrary. I may
quote the observations of the Division Bench;
"In our opinion
shall be paid by the petitioner on the returnable date. I would like to quote the order passed by this Court ... available on this point. But for the sake of convenience, I would like to quote what the Apex Court has stated in the case
whether if offences under Sections 467, 471 and 120-B
